The brightly-lit parking lot is conveniently located at the east end of the building, (on Blossom Rd), with plenty of parking available. The high ceilings and southern exposure window provide a bright, airy space with a color scheme conducive to a pleasant exercise experience. There are individual lockers and showers for men and women and a consultation area with table and chairs. Trainers will also be provided with filing cabinets for their business purposes.

The facility is well equipped for personal trainers to develop individually based programs for their clients utilizing current fitness trends and their own imagination.
